1. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation of your order within 4 hours of completing payment. After this window, we cannot guarantee that the order has not already entered fulfillment and may be shipped.

Counterfeit Textbooks: Any textbook found to be counterfeit will be fully refunded or replaced.
Shipping Issues: Packages lost in transit or damaged by the carrier. Please notify us immediately for assistance.
3. Important Timeframes
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. After this period, orders are considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
