The textbook is new but because it was shipped in a basic plastic covering “envelope” (no padding or protection) and shoved into my mailbox, there is some damage to the page edges. I would have opted to pay for it to be shipped in a box had I been given the choice. But, it is a new textbook and it was delivered sooner than expected. The determining factor will be if I am charged for their poor judgment when shipping to me once I return it… hmmmmmm.
