Ordered a used book. Book delivered quick and in good condition. It’s a hard to find book, so glad I was able to get it.
DAVID SCOTT –
Everything was delivered earlier than expected. I will order more books from you. I don’t see areas of improvement needed

BooksRun offered the lowest price across the entire internet for an expensive coffee table art book I had been coveting for a long time, and the book was shipped promptly after ordering. I do have one complaint: this brand new, somewhat obscure, and very heavy art book was shipped in nothing but a flimsy plastic bubble envelope. The envelope had a few deep tears by the time it made its way through UPS, so the book arrived a bit scuffed and banged-up; not enough to warrant the hassle of initiating a return, but enough to make me sigh and say, “Oh well. It’s fine, I guess.” Probably not the glowing response BooksRun is looking for. So, high marks for competitive price and speed of shipping, one letter grade off for the lack of consideration in packing materials.

Ordered via Biblio. Shipped fast, items as described, packed well. Great experience.
