I had an issue with a book I ordered. Some long forgotten tome of cyberpunk excellence. I was so stoked to find it I didn’t read the description of the books condition. It arrived and was rough. Rough. I immediately sent a email for customer service. Then went back to reference the book info saw in big bold letters. Heavy Wear. But I’d already started writing the email and sent it off and also explained how I’m the dolt for not reading the description all the way through. Or at all. Daisy responded and in the end offered a sweet discount/refund that I declined.
