Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • When it starts: As soon as your payment is verified, your order enters our processing queue.

  • How long it takes: Most orders ship out within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Options, Transit Times & Rates

Once your order has been processed, you may choose from the following delivery methods:

  • Remote locations (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. territories) typically add an extra 7–12 business days.

  • Peak seasons & holidays may extend transit times by up to 7 additional days.

  • All transit estimates exclude the 1–3 day processing window.

4. Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your package ships.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the carrier to scan and update tracking information.

  • If tracking doesn’t update after this period—or if your delivery surpasses the estimated window—reach out to our Customer Support team.

5. Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

  • After payment posts, orders enter a 6-hour queue before fulfillment.

  • During this window, you may change quantities, options, or cancel outright by contacting us.

6. Multiple Ship-to Addresses

  • Each order ships to a single destination.

  • To send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

7. PO Boxes & Military Addresses

  • We ship to U.S. PO boxes and military APO/FPO locations.

  • APO/FPO deliveries can take up to 40–45 days once in military transit.

  • Note: For security reasons, tracking updates may not appear after your parcel enters certain military facilities.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Booksupp does not collect import duties, VAT, or customs fees at checkout.

  • Any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
